Key Responsibilities:
1.) Act as a bridge between our organization and educational institutions for promoting clinical research programs.
2.) Identify, contact, and build relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
3.) Generate leads through campus outreach, seminars, digital channels, and referral programs.
4.) Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions in colleges to introduce our company and course offerings of Clinical research.
5.) Coordinate with the internal academic and counseling teams to align marketing efforts with student conversion goals.
6.) Travel extensively to different colleges/institutions to initiate tie-ups, partnership proposals, and follow-ups.
7.) Maintain a database of outreach activities, leads generated, and conversion status. 8.) Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and institutional partnerships.
9.) Represent the company professionally during external meetings, seminars, and events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1.) Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
2.) Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the education or healthcare sector.
3.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.) Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
5.) Willingness to travel across cities/states as required.
6.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7.) Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
