Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs and loan agents to expand the business network.
Drive sales of loan products, particularly Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and Personal Loans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, agents, and channel partners.
Ensure DSAs/agents comply with company policies, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Guide, support, and train DSAs/agents to achieve business targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to improve market share.
Achieve monthly/quarterly loan sales targets through effective channel management.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Loan Sales, preferably in DSA/Agent management and LAP.
Strong network of DSAs and agents in the loan/financial services sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of loan products, especially Loan Against Property (LAP).
Ability to drive business growth through channels and partnerships.
