Job description: (OFFICE & FIELD JOB)

Candidate  will be responsible for building, expanding and nurturing a strong network of private, equity, angel investors  and institutional investors. The role focuses on identifying prospective investors, managing relationships, supporting capital-raising initiatives and aligning investor interests with the clients requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and onboard potential private and equity investors through direct outreach, networking events, and partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, angel investors, venture funds, and institutional investors.

• Support capital mobilization efforts for equity and debt projects by connecting investors with suitable opportunities.

• Develop investor presentations, pitch materials, and updates in coordination with internal teams.

• Organize investor meets

• Conduct research on investment trends, market developments, and investor preferences.

• Maintain and update the investor database.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA (finance) / CA ( Inter)

• 5 -7 years of experience in investor relations & business development (financial sector preferred).

• Strong network-building and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of equity, debt, and private investment instruments must
