Generate leads for loan products through fieldwork, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.
Explain eligibility, interest rates, documents required, and processing time.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Submit loan applications to the lender through the DSA login.
Follow up with customers and the lender until disbursal.
Maintain a record of leads, login status, and disbursed loans.
Ensure ethical and compliant sales practices.
Knowledge of loan products: PL, HL, LAP, BL, BT, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of finance and documentation.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Field sales experience is a plus.
