We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in personal loan and overdraft products, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective team management.
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly disbursement and business targets.
Monitor performance metrics, track productivity, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Drive lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition strategies for personal loan products.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team to enhance performance.
Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions for underperforming areas.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Credit, Operations, and MIS) to ensure smooth processing and disbursal.
Maintain accurate MIS and reporting for leadership review.
Minimum 3 years of experience in personal loan/overdraft sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
In-depth knowledge of lending processes, credit evaluation, and compliance guidelines.
