Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead and Demo Coordinator to manage incoming leads, schedule product demos, and support the sales team in converting prospects to customers. This role is vital to ensuring smooth communication between potential clients and internal teams, and plays a key part in enhancing the customer journey from first contact to successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and qualify inbound leads through CRM systems and marketing platforms.

• Schedule and coordinate product demos between clients and sales representatives.

• Maintain and update lead tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy.

• Assist the sales team with pre-demo preparation and post-demo follow-ups.

• Collaborate with marketing for lead nurturing campaigns and reporting.

• Provide reports and updates on lead status, demo outcomes, and performance metrics.

• Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with relevant teams.

• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
