About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our expanding marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with up to 1 year of experience in email marketing or a motivated fresher who wants to build a career in digital marketing and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing email campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads and nurture customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Create and manage email lists, segment audiences, and ensure GDPR/anti-spam compliance.
Write engaging email copy and work with templates to design responsive emails.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.).
Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email content, and timing.
Collaborate with sales and content teams to align email strategy with lead goals.
Maintain lead databases and ensure accurate data entry and tracking.

Requirements:

0 to 1 year of experience in email marketing or lead generation (internships count).
Strong communication and writing skills in English.
Basic understanding of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for data handling.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
