We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Lead Management Intern to support our sales and marketing teams. In this role, you will help manage and track potential clients (leads), ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data handling across systems. This internship is ideal for someone interested in sales operations, CRM systems, and data-driven marketing.
Assist in capturing, validating, and organizing incoming leads from various sources (website, campaigns, events, etc.)
Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) with accurate lead information
Support lead scoring, segmentation, and assignment to sales representatives
Monitor lead progress through the sales funnel and follow up on inactive leads
Generate weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and handoff
Identify and flag duplicates, incomplete entries, or other data quality issues
Assist in optimizing lead generation and nurturing workflows
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn sales and marketing operations
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Prior experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools or lead scoring frameworks
Interest in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management
Hands-on experience with real-world sales and marketing operations
Exposure to CRM systems and sales pipelines
