About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented female candidate to join our Business Development team as a Management Trainee. This role requires close working & interaction with the CEO and top management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, outreach, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and connect with potential clients.

• Send personalized connection requests and messages to prospects.

• Follow up diligently with prospects and address inquiries from potential clients.

• Maintain daily outreach and follow-up targets.

• Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and schedule meetings for the CEO.

• Update and manage lead data in CRM tools or Excel sheets.

• Support the team with market research, business development and database building activities.

• Stay updated on Qualitas Global’s products, services, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation or business development.

• Strong written communication skills and professional LinkedIn etiquette.

• Expert in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools.

• Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Female candidates preferred.
