Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business development efforts. This role involves researching and identifying potential client contacts, gathering key decision-maker information, and building an accurate, structured lead database for outreach and follow-ups.
Conduct web-based research to identify potential clients and contacts (e.g., hiring managers, HR leaders, department heads).
Extract and verify contact details including name, designation, company, email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile.
Build and manage a well-structured CRM or spreadsheet-based lead database.
Categorize leads by industry, company size, job role, and other relevant filters.
Use platforms like LinkedIn, company websites, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Hunter.io, and job boards for data collection.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to pass on qualified leads for outreach.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and regular updates.
Track and report weekly progress and insights to the leadership team.
