We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive for our outbound BPO operations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and follow-ups. You will play a critical part in supporting the sales team by building a strong pipeline of prospects and maintaining accurate lead data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to identify decision-makers and qualify potential leads

• Understand customer needs and present relevant product/service information

• Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team

• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details and call outcomes

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

• Work closely with team leads and managers to optimize scripts and strategies

• Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer interactions at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telemarketing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejection

• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Flexibility to work in different shifts, if required
