We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in converting them into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outbound strategies.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects.
Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
Track and report key metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and target market behaviors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients.
Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in the export industry.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and lead databases.
