· Maintain and update lead databases/CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
· Track, measure, and optimize lead conversion metrics.
· Stay up-to-date with B2B data trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
· 0–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development.
· Strong research skills and familiarity with B2B data platforms.
· Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email automation tools.
