About the role:

Our Lead Verification Specialists work round the clock to speak with wholesale buyers to

understand their buying requirements for various goods and services. The ideal candidate will

have excellent command over spoken English and be willing to work in a fast paced,

target based environment. This is a purely voice based process. You will be required to speak

to global, senior business managers on a day to day basis, understand and extract detailed

information about their purchasing needs within a small time frame. After spending any

length of time in this process, you will gain understanding of processes and terminologies

used in global trade and acquire valuable experience that may lead to a career in

international trade.

NOTE: Please note that this is a desk based job and does not involve travel.

Job location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi, India

Employment Type: This is a full-time, on-site role. Not work from home or hybrid.

Working Days: 5 day work week.

Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

What you'll do most of the time:

• Reviewing and analyzing incoming leads for accuracy

• Extracting data from lead fields to identify potential discrepancies

• Contacting prospects to verify information provided in the lead fields

• Developing a verification plan that includes prioritizing leads by need and urgency

• Monitoring progress of all leads through a tracking system

What you'll need to Qualify:

• Self-motivated and driven by targets

• Resilience

• Strong communication skills including both verbal and written

• Excellent customer service skills, with experience in interacting with customers by

phone, email, chat, or other mediums is highly required
