Identify and onboard individual sales partners (life advisors, financial consultants, etc.).
Guide partners on HDFC Life’s products and sales process.
Drive regular engagement and motivation activities to keep partners active.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through partners.
Conduct joint sales calls with partners to support customer conversions.
Track partner performance, activation, and retention.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate profile :
Graduate in any Steam.
1–3 years of experience in sales , field sales, or recruit the FC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and influencing abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a field-based team of partners.
