The Relationship Officer - Retail (Home Loan & Loan Against Property - LAP) is responsible for acquiring and managing customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the retail sector. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, sourcing new customers, and guiding them through the loan application and approval process. The officer will be expected to meet sales targets, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide exceptional service to all customers.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: HSC / Diploma
1-3 years of experience in retail banking, loans, or financial services, especially in Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage products.
Knowledge of loan assessment, property valuation, and legal requirements for HL & LAP.
Strong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Familiarity with the loan application process, compliance regulations, and credit risk management.
