Key Responsibilities
1. Account & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual travelers, especially repeat clients and high-value accounts.
Provide end-to-end support—from first inquiry to post-trip feedback—ensuring a smooth, memorable experience.
2. Telesales & Conversion:
Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Reach out proactively to warm leads and past travelers to pitch upcoming trips.
Drive monthly sales targets with a consultative and friendly approach.
3. Community Engagement:
Nurture our growing tribe of women travelers through consistent engagement.
Coordinate pre-trip calls, interest-based group chats, and client retention strategies.
Identify potential community ambassadors and advocates.
4. Business Development:
Identify and close new B2B/B2C growth opportunities (corporate tie-ups, referral programs, influencer collaborations).
Track and analyze account performance, client preferences, and revenue patterns.
Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and offers.
