Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel partners (banks, brokers, agents, or direct clients).
Drive life insurance sales by training and motivating partner staff or team members.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
Conduct regular meetings with partners to understand business needs and provide solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements to the sales strategy.
Ensure timely processing of applications, documentation, and customer queries.
Achieve high levels of partner/customer satisfaction through effective post-sales service.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
