Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
Develop strong, trusting, and long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within the organization.
Strategic Planning:
Create and execute detailed strategic account plans to meet client goals and drive organic growth and overall profitability for the company.
Client Needs Assessment:
Deeply understand each key client's evolving needs, business objectives, and challenges to proactively offer solutions.
Internal Coordination:
Act as a liaison between key clients and internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure client needs are met and high-quality services are delivered.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize value for both the client and the company.
Performance Monitoring:
Track, measure, and analyze key account metrics to assess progress, report on performance, and provide data-driven insights to management.
Issue Resolution:
Effectively resolve client complaints, issues, and disputes in a way that strengthens the client relationship.
