We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager (KAM)
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 2–3 years in channel partner management / real estate sales preferred
🎓 Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
✨ What you’ll do:
Build and grow a strong Channel Partner (CP) network in the Bangalore region.
Drive sales through channel partners and ensure business growth.
Conduct regular meetings & activate new CPs in the assigned micro-market.
Retain and engage existing CPs with effective support and relationship management.
Organize & manage channel partner workshops and events.
Handle and resolve CP concerns effectively.
✅ What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work on-field (self-vehicle mandatory).
Prior real estate experience (channel partner role with a developer) is a plus.
Proven job stability with minimum 1–2 appraisals in the same organization.
💰 CTC: 5 – 8 LPA
🕒 Work Mode: Onsite
