Job Title: Key Account Executive
Experience: 1 to 4 years (Fintech/EDC Sales Mandatory)
CTC Range: 6 LPA – 9 LPA
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to manage and grow relationships with premium and high-value merchants. The role involves driving new acquisitions, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maximizing the usage of EDC devices.
Merchant Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close high-value merchant accounts for EDC installations. Target premium businesses such as hospitals, hotels, large retailers, luxury outlets, and service providers.
Account Management & Retention: Act as the single point of contact for assigned key merchants, ensuring activation and consistent usage of terminals post-deployment.
Field Execution: Conduct market visits for lead generation, onboarding, KYC completion, and device deployment. Train merchants on product features and usage.
Performance Tracking: Achieve monthly sales and activation targets (TPV, device retention, etc.).
Experience: 1–4 years in sales or business development within payments, banking, fintech, or related field.
Mandatory: Prior experience in EDC sales (e.g., from companies like Pine Labs, Razorpay, MSwipe, etc.).
Education: Graduate degree is mandatory.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, ability to handle fieldwork, multitask, and perform under pressure.
