Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting IT products and services, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Present and demonstrate IT products, software solutions, and services to potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT or software sales (B2B preferred).

• Strong understanding of IT products, cloud solutions, and software services.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling SaaS, cloud, or managed IT services.

• Familiarity with enterprise clients and long sales cycles.

• Knowledge of digital transformation and emerging technologies.
