Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions to potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design proposals that meet client requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in the CRM system.
