Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of IT hardware products (servers, networking devices, desktops, laptops, etc.) and software services (licensing, cloud solutions, managed IT services) to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT hardware and software services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (hardware & software).
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales (hardware & software solutions).
• Strong understanding of IT products (servers, networking, storage) and software services (cloud, licensing, security).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in selling to SMBs and enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of major IT brands (HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.).
• Familiarity with IT service models (AMC, managed services, cloud migration).
