About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive with a passion for cloud technologies to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to develop their sales and business skills within the cloud industry, contributing to the execution of sales plans and supporting the delivery of cutting-edge cloud solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, a drive to learn, and a desire to work alongside senior leaders to help achieve business objectives and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of sales plans for cloud-based solutions. Support senior sales leaders in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to closing deals.
Client Interaction: Help maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. Support the sales team in engaging with potential customers through presentations, meetings, and follow-up communication.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach in delivering the best solutions to clients. Participate in the delivery of client presentations and product demos.
Learning & Development: Continuously build knowledge and expertise in cloud technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas to the sales process, and support the team with creative problem-solving to address client challenges. Foster an out-of-the-box mindset to innovate and provide scalable solutions.
Support Senior Sales Leaders: Assist senior sales leaders with preparing presentations, sales pitches, and proposal documents. Work to understand the strategic needs of customers and help align the appropriate solutions.
Partnership Development: Assist in building relationships with strategic partners, OEMs, ISVs, and other stakeholders to support business growth.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Experience or a strong interest in cloud technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions is a plus.
Learning Agility: A strong willingness to learn about cloud solutions, digitalization, and sales strategy.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Problem-Solving: A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the desire to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.
Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
