Key Responsibilities:

• Keep all property details updated – rent, size, lease terms, tenant info, and availability.

• Track rent and CAM charges for each property.

• Ensure payments are made on time and records are accurate.

• Maintain lease agreements, renewals, and legal papers. Follow up with legal and leasing teams as needed.

• Regularly update and share lists of vacant and occupied spaces. Prepare reports for planning and decision making.

• Work with leasing, finance, legal, and facility teams to share updates, resolve issues, and support operations.

• Keep a list of mall developers and maintain good working relationships to help with store availability and leasing.

• Enter and update all property details in the company's software tools.

• Help coordinate inspections, repairs, and fit-outs with vendors or contractors.

• Keep an eye on local real estate trends to support future leasing and property planning.

• Ensure all property work follows real estate laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate inventory management, leasing support, or property coordination (preferably in commercial real estate).

• Familiarity with leasing documentation and commercial real estate terms (CAM, lock-in, rent-free period, etc.).

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of leasing process and rental terms.

• Basic understanding of lease legal documents.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and document management.

• Strong organization and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain clear records.

• Clear communication and follow-up skills.
