We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate – International Academic Partnership to expand IFERP’s global academic collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international sales, proven experience in managing institutional partnerships, and the ability to drive impactful engagements worldwide.
Develop and execute international academic partnership strategies across multiple regions.
Generate high-quality leads through outreach, digital platforms, networking, and research.
Deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with institutions worldwide.
Convert leads into long-term academic collaborations by articulating value propositions effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Research, Operations) for seamless partnership execution.
Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, reports, and communication logs.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, International Relations or related field.
3–5 years of international academic or B2B sales experience (preferably in education).
Strong experience handling global clients and institutional partnerships.
Skilled in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software).
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
