We are looking for a International Travel Consultant to join our team
The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight, train, or event ticket reservations for customers.
Provide travel options based on customer needs and budget.
Manage bookings through GDS systems (like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Issue tickets accurately (e-tickets or printed).
Reconfirm and validate bookings before travel/event.
Re-issue or rebook tickets as needed.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide information about travel policies, visa requirements, schedules, and fares.
Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes professionally.
Maintain proper records of issued tickets and invoices.
Ensure compliance with airline or event policies and IATA regulations (if applicable).
Assist clients with travel documents like itineraries or boarding passes.
Handle billing and payment collection (cash, card, online).
Generate and share payment receipts.
Reconcile daily sales and financial reports.
Coordinate with airlines or event organizers for group bookings or special requirements.
Provide after-sales support for changes or complaints.
Assist in emergency travel situations (e.g., rescheduling missed flights).
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
