Telesales Executive – Real Estate & KPO
Location: Siliguri, West-Bengal
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
About Us:
We are a growing organization specializing in real estate sales (Dubai properties & mortgage upselling) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients for real estate and KPO projects.
Generate leads, explain products/services, and convert prospects into customers.
Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and build strong client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales/telemarketing (real estate or BPO/KPO experience preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Hindi/Bengali/Nepali is a plus).
Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.
