Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Representative to expand our global presence and drive international sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients across international markets, and achieving sales targets in line with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to enter and grow in international markets.
Identify and engage potential clients and partners in target regions.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing international clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Attend international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as required.
Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, cultural norms, and export requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in international sales, export, or global business development.
Strong understanding of international trade practices and global markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English (required); additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
