As an Inside Domestic & International Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll generate and qualify leads, present our tender-alert services, and drive subscription sales to meet monthly targets. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from domestic and international prospects
Understand client requirements and demonstrate how our tender-tracking solutions add value
Prepare quotations, follow up rigorously, and close subscription deals
Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and sales progress in CRM
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to tailor offerings and share market feedback
12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
Fresher with strong aptitude or 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Target-driven mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Age between 18 and 35 years
