Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented CRM Profile Executive to manage payment follow-ups, collections, cross-selling, and upselling for Aimlay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payment Follow-ups & Collections:

- Manage and follow up on outstanding payments with customers.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).

- Resolve customer queries and concerns related to payments.

2. Cross-Selling & Upselling:

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products/services to existing customers.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing customer base.

- Collaborate with sales team to align offerings with customer needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and sales.

- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in CRM, sales, or collections.

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

3. Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

4. Certifications: Certification in CRM or sales is a plus.
