About the Role
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and detail-oriented Female International Calling & Email Executive to handle global customer communication, manage international inquiries, and maintain professional email correspondence. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a polite approach, and the ability to manage conversations across different countries and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
International Calling
Handle outbound and inbound calls with international clients/customers.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information regarding products/services.
Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and ensure timely responses.
Email Writing & Coordination
Draft professional, grammatically correct, and well-structured emails.
Manage international inquiries via email and respond within defined timelines.
Maintain email records, track responses, and ensure consistent communication flow.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client queries.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong rapport with global clients.
Provide product details, pricing, documentation, and other information as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering polite and solution-oriented responses.
Administrative Support
Prepare reports, maintain communication logs, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Assist in documentation for exports, quotations, invoices, or client forms (if required).
Requirements
Female candidate only.
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
Experience in international calling, customer service, or email communication is preferred.
Strong understanding of professional email format and etiquette.
Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word).
Confident, polite, and able to handle global communication.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
