We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales professionals with international sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international voice processes, outbound sales, and handling clients from global markets, particularly the US. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international prospects via outbound calls and emails, primarily from the US market.

• Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate products or solutions.

• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Update CRM systems with customer interactions, pipeline status, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry updates.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in International Sales, International Voice Process, or Outbound Sales.

• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (verbal and written).

• Strong understanding of US business culture and customer behavior.

• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts aligned to US time zones.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
