Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the General Insurance Industry and a strong understanding of insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance sales, renewals, and rollovers for general insurance policies

• Manage online policy creation and issuance

• Prepare and maintain reports related to insurance activities

• Follow up with clients for renewals and required documentation

• Stay up to date with insurance products, company guidelines, and industry regulations

• Collaborate with automobile sales and service teams to enhance insurance sales conversions

Requirements:

• Experience in General Insurance is mandatory

• Familiarity with insurance portals and digital issuance processes

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and report generation

• Self-driven and target-oriented

Compensation:

• Gross Salary: ₹22,000/month

• Incentives: Based on performance
