Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessment:
Underwriting and assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers to evaluate the risk associated with providing credit life insurance.
Sales & Business Development:
Collaborating with bank partners and internal sales teams to promote credit life insurance products, meet sales targets, and increase policy penetration.
Customer & Relationship Management:
Maintaining strong relationships with bank representatives, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
Application & Claim Processing:
Ensuring timely processing and closure of applications, and managing claims to facilitate faster policy issuance and benefit payouts when a covered event occurs.
Coordination:
Working closely with various departments, including credit, operations, and legal teams, to ensure efficient loan and insurance processing.
