The Insurance Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and Term Plans.
They guide clients in choosing the right policy based on their financial needs and help them secure their future with proper risk protection.
• Identify client needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
• Promote and sell Life, Health, Term, and Motor Insurance policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist clients with policy purchase, premium payment, and claim processes.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of financial and insurance products.
• Ability to build and maintain client trust.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and mobile app knowledge (CRM, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• IRDA License (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) preferred.
