Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Advisors. The ideal candidate will educate clients about life insurance options, help them choose suitable plans, and ensure their long-term financial protection.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
Present and explain product features, benefits, and policy details clearly.
Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and claim procedures.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales service.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on new insurance products, market trends, and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in presenting financial products.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of financial planning or insurance will be an added advantage.
