About the role:
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
Selling subscriptions to our paid membership programs.
Identifying potential clients who may be interested in a business website and convince them to purchase one from us.
Following up with leads over phone, chat and email to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
There is no cap on the commission income one can earn in this role. Therefore, you are your only limit on how much monthly income you can earn in this role.
NOTE: Please note that this is a desk based job and does not involve travel.
Employment Type: This is a full-time, on-site role. Not work from home or hybrid.
Experience: We are looking for someone with more than 2 years of hands-on experience in selling subscriptions, domains, hosting, websites and related products.
Educational qualifications: Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
Day to day responsibilities:
Contacting prospects on telephone, email and chat to determine the prospects needs and interest in our products and services i.e. membership subscriptions and business websites.
Explaining to users why their business needs a professional website and how we can help them get one that is easy to manage and inexpensive to maintain.
Managing all aspects of the sales process including but not limited to lead qualification, lead follow up, lead conversion and closing the sale.
Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets through new business generation
Maintaining accurate customer data in CRM system
Produce timely reports on revenue numbers, sales forecast and sales pipeline activities
Partaking in regular brainstorming meetings on how to improve team and individual performance
Identifying key performance indicators that need improvement, develop action plans to address them, and execute those plans to increase revenue and profitability.
Must Have Requirements:
Prior B2B sales experience selling digital goods such as subscriptions, websites, domains, emails, cloud products and services etc.
Strong English language communication skills including both verbal and written
Self-motivated and driven by targets
Resilient and aggressive personality who can drive sales
The ability to influence and negotiate with senior management in various companies
Understand the differences between hard selling and soft selling and know when to use which by customizing tone and follow up volume and frequency
