About the Role
As an Inside Sales Manager – B2C at Simplilearn, you will be at the forefront of guiding learners in their career transformation journey. You’ll connect with prospective leads, understand their aspirations, and recommend the right programs through consultative selling. Your role will focus on converting leads into successful enrollments, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
1–5 years of B2C inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech or service-based industries
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Familiarity with CRM tools
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts/weekends as per business needs
