We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients using platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.
Connect with prospective clients through tele-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Promote products and solutions to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Schedule in-person meetings for senior management with clients.
Present and sell products and solutions to clients, providing updates on offerings.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent technical support and commercial solutions.
Act as a customer advocate within the organization to ensure superior service delivery.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Must have an IT background.
Preference will be given to female candidates.
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday; 3rd Saturday off)
