Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
Explain property/project details and their benefits clearly
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into site visits and sales
Coordinate with the field sales team for client meetings and visits
Maintain updated records in CRM systems
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience
Candidate Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele calling, or real estate preferred
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp for client communication
Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
