Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services (solar panels, energy-saving systems, etc.).
Handle inbound queries professionally and convert inquiries into leads.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them to sales.
Maintain and update customer database and CRM systems regularly.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly.
Schedule meetings or product demos for the field sales team when necessary.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues or queries.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth order execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong persuasive skills and a customer-first attitude.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
