Become the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a welcoming and responsive experience.
Identify clients’ needs and requirements, perform effective profiling, and segregate service requests to advance them in the sales pipeline.
Follow up on all leads in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project transitions during different phases of delivery.
Document and track customer interactions and ensure accurate handoffs to relevant internal teams.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Technical sales activities: articulate technical solutions, qualify technical feasibility, support pre-sales activities, prepare quotations, and ensure timely submission and follow-up.
