Job Title: Business Development Executive/ Manager (Inside Sales Representative)
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales Representative) to join our sales team in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the IT domain (software and hardware solutions), managing client communication, and supporting company in achieving business goals.
l Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT domain (software and/or hardware solutions).
l Initiate contact with prospective clients via Phone calls, Emails, and WhatsApp.
l Gather requirements from clients, follow up regularly, and schedule meetings.
l Achieve weekly targets for the number of calls and meetings.
l Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and interaction information.
l Support senior sales executives in sales presentations, documentation, and client coordination.
l Communicate professionally and persuasively with prospects to understand their needs.
l Stay updated with basic knowledge of mobile app development trends and IT solutions.
l Handle sales-related requests, queries, and complaints from customers.
l Monitor individual performance objectives and meet customer acquisition standards.
l Independently resolve most client concerns while consulting with senior team members for escalations.
l Assist in identifying frequently encountered sales issues and contribute to process improvements.
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
l Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
l Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
l Basic understanding of IT products, mobile apps, and software/hardware solutions.
l Result-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad (Work from Office)
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
