Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Prepare and deliver sales presentations via phone, email, or video conferencing
Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on campaigns and territory strategies
Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors
Need to travel pan india for client visit
Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service (2-3 years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets
Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Zoom)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
