We’re expanding our Inside Sales team and are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about client interaction, sales, and real estate.Role SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Associate to manage lead engagement, client follow-ups, appointment setting, and CRM tracking. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities -
Make outbound calls to prospective buyer, sellers, and investors across the US and Canada
Handle client inquiries, provide basic information, and qualify leads.Schedule appointments for agents and manage calendars efficiently
Ensure lead show-up rates by following up and confirming appointments
Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed call notes and lead status
Regularly prepare and submit performance reports
Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, or SMS to nurture warm leads
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for effective lead conversionMeet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and performance targets
Qualifications & Skills Required
Proven experience 0-2 year in inside sales/client handling (Real Estate experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (English)Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting. Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and stay organized
A result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.Willingness to work night shifts (US/Canada timing)Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a remote environment
