Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building relationships, and supporting our brand portfolio. The role focuses on lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals through inside sales efforts. You will work closely with the leadership team and support the overall sales strategy for incubated brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through research, calls, emails, and digital outreach.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in the CRM.
Schedule and conduct virtual/telephonic meetings with potential clients and partners.
Support in achieving monthly sales targets for assigned brands.
Assist in onboarding clients, partners, and affiliates.
Maintain professional communication with internal teams and clients.
Support the execution of events, campaigns, and partnership programs.
Regularly update sales reports and ensure pipeline hygiene.
Requirements:
1–3 years of proven Inside Sales / B2B Sales experience.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of lead generation strategies and CRM tools.
Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and client follow-ups.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve KRAs.
Proficiency in G-Suite and basic reporting
