As an Inside Sales Executive at Pericent, you will be responsible for managing client communication, generating new business leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up management, and the ability to explain product offerings clearly to customers.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and development teams to fulfil client requirements.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages until closure.
Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and documentation when required.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain solutions confidently to clients.
Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling.
Knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and email writing is an advantage.
