Job Purpose: Technical support (tech support) experts provides a range of after sales services to customers for products such as mobile phones, Tablets, Computers, printers and other electronic products.
Responsibilities:
Tech support experts will help users in solving some common technical problems along with providing tips on how to use the product more efficiently.
Provide training for newly purchased products.
Require selling convincing power & understanding the customer's needs and sell the product
Pitch our Warranty plans to customers & ready to work at store level
Use our knowledge base (Knowmax) to find solutions for customers face to face. In case of a solution readily not available they can find a solution from the internet and help customers and also update the knowledge base for future references
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience of working on the latest technologies and Modern Trade Store.
Experience in handling Face to Face customer
Possess good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Should have troubleshooting knowledge about the products and should be well versed with the system/ internet usage.
